      Pros

      - good for career start/fresh graduate - supportive colleagues - strategic office location - free breakfast

      Cons

      - no proper manager, just ICs who became managers - no transparency regarding performance review, promotion, bonus, policy, etc - minimum innovation, the manager threatened by high performers and new ideas - too much nepotism - too much policy uncertainty
