      Há muita oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimento, aprendi espanhol e linguagem SQL no cotidiano. Plano de saúde muito bom, fiz duas cirurgias.

      Cultura foi muito afetada depois do layoff, É muito difícil ser promovido e o valor do aumento é no máximo 10% Não vale a pena se dedicar a empresa, pois vão contratar pessoas que ganharão o dobro do que voce faz sem ter nenhum conhecimento da regra de negócio e que ficarão com crédito dos novos projetos que surgirem,

      Pros

      There is little competition in the market and a lot of room for the company to grow.

      Cons

      The company has not had a CRO during my entire tenure and has struggled to find one. Additionally, there is no one in an executive leadership position leading operations (e.g. COO). This is a major gap that leads to departments operating in silos and disconnect across key areas of the org.
