      Pros

      the people are very nice, no abuse. They live by their core values, from top management to graduates: net zero, sustainability, inclusion, helping those in fuel poverty.

      Cons

      Nothing notable, it's an organisation ongoing a business transformation process, with energy and tech colliding. This comes with the usual inter-departmental overlaps, inconsistencies etc

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
