      Always Using New Tech and experimenting with new technologies.

      Cons

      - Project managers have too much power and non technical. - Willing to throw a developer under the bus when projects aren't scoped or planned properly. - Upper management turning a blind eye and favouritism. - Lack of testing and testing staff. - Expectations to overwork/work overtime.
