Regular working hours, Monday-Friday 8-5pm, employer offers health insurance (but at a high cost of $2200/month for family, $1100/family of 2, dental and vision. Flexible in getting time off.
Cons
No pay raises or performance reviews, no job description provided, offer very little training-gotta kind of learn your job as you go, can't manage their finances very well leading to loss vendor terms, management fibs, women are treated at a higher standard than the men but men are given preferential treatment, when working in another state-no pay differential and little to no contact from the owners.
