Pros

Free lunch on Mondays and ping pong.

Cons

They are salary but only pay $45,000 a year and you WILL work overtime. There isn’t much room for growth opportunities, and you’ll be chasing a carrot. Just not a good place for a young professional to begin the career. Turnover is high and you’ll be stuck doing some else’s work or work that you didn’t sign up for. Again, the job is salary so out side of bonuses which you have no control over you’ll only be paid 45k a year regardless of work.
