      Little to no opportunity for progression. Bonus is promised and not delivered. No reports to show how to attain bonus. Commission is pot luck.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
