Pros
People that work in this place are friendly and most employees work hard.
Cons
Scheduling is badly done, many times there is no coverage, days off are often split and schedules are changed last minute often. Management does not recognize people that work hard and have a hard time retaining workers. Store manager never speaks to employees to tell them they are doing a good job, only to express what they're doing wrong and has a condescending tone.
