Good overall company with strong management

Pay increases "reactive" more so than "proactive"

Great vacation time and provided schedules

Minimal opportunities of growth who is not apart of executive management. Long term employees are very cliqush and can be discriminatory. Don't provide guidance if support, but seek ways to get others out who are not apart of their clique or race. Not a good place to work!!!
