Good place to gain technical experience. There are the common benefits like work-from-home one day per week, 3 weeks of vacations, etc. Depending of the team where you work, you could use the last technology like Scala, Angular, etc.
Cons
The salary revision is not so good. There isn't a clear way to grow up on your career path.
