Pros

Good service, average quality, great benefits.

Cons

Demand a premium price for an average product in a commodity market. I was told it was "relationship selling" when the reality is that low price wins. Company has a reputation for being the highest priced in the market with no value proposition to justify premium price. Extensive travel 3-4 nights a week with a requirement to list everything, and I mean everything, you do in sales force. If you enjoy being micro managed with no empowerment to make your own decisions, this job is for you.
