      Pros

      Health Insurance was great, safety bonus was great.

      Cons

      Never know how many hours we will have. Feels like they have stopped caring about their people. Can't get a second job because I don't know how many hours I'm on there.

      Pros

      Direct management was very easy to work with on a day to day basis. Task were evenly handed out, there was not favoritism.

      Cons

      Computer system that we had to use was out dated. With the system being so out-dated, it cost my co-workers and I a lot more time to quote or just enter orders.
