Pros
Working here has been a really positive experience. The company itself is solid, and the people are great to work with. I've learned a lot since I started, thanks to the supportive team environment. One thing I really appreciate is the lack of office politics. It’s refreshing to work in a place where everyone focuses on getting the job done instead of dealing with unnecessary drama. The salary is competitive, and the career growth opportunities are clear and achievable. Management does a great job of sharing the company’s future vision and the direction they want to take. They’re very open about the goals they’re working toward and how employees like me can be part of that journey. It’s motivating to know that there’s a clear path for advancement, and I feel encouraged to get involved in projects that align with the company’s growth plans. The company is also transparent about its financials, which is reassuring, especially in uncertain times. It’s one of the few startups still doing well and thriving in the market.
Cons
The only downside is the recent shift to a more hybrid working model. The move towards working in the office more often has been a bit challenging for those of us who were used to working remotely. One thing to keep in mind: the company is not for people who want a typical 9-5. While the work is rewarding, it is also demanding (depending on the team).
