Pros
The company offers the ability to choose a higher hourly rate or to be like a "regular" employee and get vacation, etc. As a contractor, I have the ability to opt in and pay for health benefits and even without them, I can use the FSA. Company seems concerned about placements.
Cons
The company is kind of "drop and go" in regards to placed contractors.
