Pros
Good for beginners Less work pressure Mostly 8 hours job International branded projects(but TV Series) Lots of pjts in hand almost all time.
Cons
No carrier growth. Less Salary,No hikes Middle management dont know how to behave with associates Moved to contract based recruitment. Dont know the value of talented artist and not trying to treat them so now company facing a huge manpower deficiency. Good and less salary artists are resigning due to less salary and company recruiting worst artists for a much better salary..
