Pros
Global company that's working on broadening and boosting their US presence. Well known brand in Germany but still relatively unknown in the US. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company, try different roles and expand knowledge in various subject areas such as ocean transportation and logistics vs just air export.
Cons
Long hours depending on department, role and staffing. Local management needs to be harder on under performing employees and work towards optimizing a lot of outdated methods and processes. Pay is a bit low compared to other major 3pls in the market and compensation such as benefits needs to be improved - no bonuses for two years at one point.
