The project managers are helpful and the overall culture is nice.

Don't give equal pay for equal work. Alot of micro-management. The owners don't provide 401k benefits, competitive bonuses, profit cuts for bringing in projects or employees and they suck up the profit sharing through their inefficiency. Some designers are making 80k while project architects make 60k. Frequently asked to sacrifice personal life to make unrealistic deadlines set by the owners.
