Pros
-Great employee culture, everyone on the team (for the most part) is easy to get along with -The CEO does seem to genuinely care about the employees -Nice office space -Health insurance fully covered
Cons
-Rude, misguided upper management. Doesn’t seem to understand how a business should be run. Never seems to have anything positive to say -Disorganized mess, way too much work for the amount of people. Night crew always gets the short end of the stick, is way too overworked, and they won’t ever do anything about it -Not paid enough for the amount of crap we have to deal with -Most likely will end up working for a client you hate. Like most of us.
