Pros
The people were nice
The trips to SC were cool
Environmental was very laid back and management was easy to talk to.
Cons
- Low pay compared to national average
- Focused too much on roles that didn’t really have anything to do with the background of the students they hired for this role (ie. business, supply chain, operations management) was very sales and warehouse focused
- Program length and structure was not efficient
- No diversity at all! You’ll probably be the only Black/Brown face in the company.
- Stuck in the 60s but was interested in hiring Gen Z…???
- Wasn’t mentally stimulating for me because work became repetitive and draining.
