Management - Executive Credence Resource Management Employee Review

I'm facing some personal issues so I'm not able to focus on work so took a leave but the manager I work under don't want to listen to me nor he want to understand what I'm going through he literally asked me for the proofs that I'm really facing issues and was disturbed seriously inhumane behavior they want there employee should focus on only professional life and don't live there personal life and if anyone focuses on personal live directly they start to threatening you by saying that will terminate you
