Pros

You will feel a bit of a pressure in the beginning but once you understand how to collect money for which you need to give yourself some time, if that happens den its all go to go. Good Growth oppurtunity. If you believe in minding your own business than surely u can survive in thos company. Monthly rewards and recognition program Monthly talent hunt programs Cricket and football tournaments Gaming area : carromboards, Foosball, TT table Home pickup and drop 8 hour shift thats 7 hours and 15 mins of login hours and 45 mins of break Smoking zone and tea point inside the premises

Worst transport ever. They say that transport is a benefit that the company provides but if the company cannot provide that on a timely manner den there is no point in giving us that benefit. So if you can wait for 30 mins to 1 hr 30 mins at the drop area for your cab den you are most welcome. Female employees are not allowed to leave the office premises between 8pm to morning 6.30 am. Incase the employee wants to go self, she has to call her husband if married or any direct blood relative and has to produce an id proof of the person who picks her up from the office. Food in the cafeteria is okay but not that great. Not many people stay in this company for a longer time is only because of management. Management creates an unwanted pressure on the employees. You will find some of their policies which will never make sense but you have to live with it. Recruitment team always lie to the candidates stating that they will get unlimited incentives however when it comes to reality 90 percent of the crowd earns 10 to 15 k as incentives and almost 2 percent crowd earns 30 to 40 k incentives. No incentives for support function Very limited training rooms and seats for employees No V &A training for freshers Working on alternate Saturdays (2 saturdays in a month if you are in a 5.30 pm or 8.30 pm shift or 1 Saturday in a month if you are in 1.30 am shift. On Saturdays majority of the processes works in 8.30 pm because of which you be on bed on sundays Every Monday you have to login 1 hour early for quality and process updates for which you will not be paid any OT because it is for training purposes. Break management system is very poor Nd the list goes on

Supportive site lead, clear communication, and a team that shares information well. The work environment is professional but not overwhelming, and expectations are reasonable

Cons

Like most contracting jobs, some processes depend on the government side, so things can move slower at times.
