      Great opportunity to get your foot into industry with the chance of becoming a permanent member of the team and move up within the company (a lot of people started out as interns), more responsibility in the course of the internship, great place to network as everyone is really friendly, hands-on and openminded, it can open doors when being proactive and showing initiative, lots of socials

      Cons

      Internship is not paid and full time so there is not really much room to earn money on the side, if no other role is open or about to become available at the end of the internship being taken over is not a given despite hard work - with everything in life it's being in the right place at the right time

      Pros

      Owners/Exec team truly care about their employees and do their best to make life at Create fun, exciting, enjoyable, and positive. Unlike many other companies, they are still allowing remote/hybrid work, which is the utmost importance to many. David Stern is a very generous and kind owner/leader.

      Cons

      At the mercy of the M&E industry so sometimes but that's just the industry as a whole.
