Pros

I am going to go out on a limb and say …. “None”

Cons

Still waiting on my accrued vacation “payout” …. Not stressing about it … this company is definitely not worth the stress. Emailed HR Director and it’s been “crickets” since. Barring a major turn, NXT will either sell it off or shut the doors and focus on Currency and Authentication. Maintenance dept focuses on hanging out together while one tech actually works on the machines while ignoring safety improvements that have been requested but then cries they have “limited” resources. No, you have resources, they’re just grossly mismanaged and underutilized.

Pros

Let me think … none for past 6 years.

Cons

Micromanaging is the newest fashion here at CPI . The latest round of changeup is now if you are a min late for the first job get ready for a write up. Yes , but even better if you have to use restroom or get gas ,that’s a no no no . The vehicles are great but they lock up and suddenly stop thinking a collision might happen . Ford has said yes there is an issue with the system , we notified safety and was told don’t worry about it . The funnier thing is now that very issue dings you on KPI for your Q bonus . Bonus now that’s even funnier , current parts system has been an issue for years , but now CPI has found a way to use it for their advantage. If you’re under 95% inventory for parts you get nothing , zero nada for bonus . The best is parts dept is so bad you get parts in your inventory that were not there yesterday . This way CPI gets to keep your bonus and penalize you . HR even funnier , remember they are there to protect Senior Leadership and the business, not the employees. So don’t waste your time or energy . I had very high hopes we could recover from last few years of chaos , but no . Salary is ok but only if you don’t care about staying healthy with stress and power hungry leaders , than this is your place to come .
