That you are making as much as a Panda Express Manager

Pros

Couldn't recommend this company enough. The environment is collaborative, engaging, and dynamic. There's always opportunity for growth, whether you want to learn more about the field or advance in the company. I enjoyed my time at this company and always found the work to be fulfilling.

Cons

Be aware of maintaining a good work/life balance!

Pros

Compass is a fast-growing company that encourages employees to really think outside the box when approaching how to simplify healthcare. As long as you are fully committed to the vision of Compass and want to make a difference within the company, you will never be bored. I would also say that my favorite thing about Compass as a company are the values. I find that the employees who are most successful at Compass take pride in the values that Compass stands for, not only at work but in their personal lives as well. Other Pros: - The work culture is unlike any other company. I've met some of my best friends at Compass! - Professional Growth: Compass does a great job providing tools for professional development if you are willing to put in the time to grow and really master a part of the business. If you want to be a manager, you work towards entering a Management Training Program; if you want to work on building/perfecting products, you may have the opportunity to work on projects for the Product team. The key here is that Compass wants to find not only the best fit for the role, but the best role for each employee as they grow within the company.

Cons

Other than a few growing pains over the past few years, I don't have any cons.
