      Pros

      I got a free trip to North Carolina for the MIT conference. The conference actually did talk about leadership skills.

      Cons

      I’m working for SSC, which is one of the companies under the Compass umbrella. It’s a janitorial company, so I expected that there would be some cleaning. I did t expect that would be all I do 24/7.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
