Pros
Great coworkers, and clients. flexible work schedule
Cons
I do not even know where to begin with this company. Management is grossly incompetent at all levels, so much so that I was doing the territory director's job for him, just so I could perform my daily job functions. the management staff is also very reactive and retaliatory. I faced constant harassment, humiliation, and degradation from all levels of management including the HR department. as a result, and a phone call to my lawyer, I became very versed in the employee handbook. that was a complete and total waste of time, the handbook is nothing more than a formality. nobody, and I wish I was joking here, followed it at all. management and HR seemed to follow the CBBAB (Constantly be belittling and berating) philosophy of management. In all honesty they have several criminal policies, such as: not paying employees for work performed (I was working 60+ hour weeks getting paid for 40), systematic discrimination, retaliatory practices, too many OSHA violations to count, and several illegal payroll practices. If you have any skill with management at all expect to perform those duties, do not however, expect to be paid for them. I was promised promotion after promotion, and was actually instructed to perform the functions of said promotions. never received the promotion. Actually it was given to someone who was incompetent, as a result I was put into a position where a staff, who had come to expect competence from me, was thrown into utter chaos. I,unlike the management of this company, have a moral compass, and was put into the very awkward position of explaining to a group of people who were fiercely loyal to me, and depended on me to do their jobs, that they had to go through this person, who was oblivious as to how to even motivate them. justice is sweet though. as a result of my resignation, this company has lost its contract, and the competent staff have retained their jobs.
