      - friendly co-workers and management team - very satisfied with the employee discount - shift arrangement

      Cons

      - no commission and the target for the bonus is too high - thrifting is a serious problem in this location, I'd suggest setting up the security system rather than the employee being the security guy - no growing opportunity
