Good learning opportunities and exposure to different projects

As with change can be slow and processes can feel bureaucratic at times and processes can be rigid due to company size

The organization is great, there is very much a family type of feeling while working here, leadership is supportive, there could be more push for internal promotions as there is quite some contracted employees. But overall great organization, my work feel impactful.

Parking is also an issue as company seems to be expanding and expanding co-working space but needs to provide alternatives to parking if the parking gets full.
