Pros
In my nearly 2.5 years with Clutch, I've had the opportunity to take on responsibilities I'd never think I'd have in my first job out of college. I own and refine business processes, I manage remote workers, and I help mentor my peers in content creation. The marketing team offers a supportive environment, encouraging us to test our limits while coaching us through any mistakes. I feel like I've learned many skills at Clutch that I will carry with me throughout my whole career.
Cons
Clutch isn't a great place for those that always require a highly structured environment. While support is provided, it's expected that you can succeed on your projects with minimal oversight - especially after the first few months. Later on, you can also sometimes be given ambiguous projects and be expected to execute with few guidelines. However, for those with the right mindset, this is a welcome challenge.
