      Pros

      Seems like they place people into leadership roles based on need rather than talents. Training team manager was super unprofessional, frequently talking about team members and company leadership behind their back. Luckily she’s now gone. Leadership is gossipy. Cloud 9 is a great product and has the potential to be so much more.

      Great culture and leadership throughout the company

      Cons

      Being remote first meant there was not many times to get teams together, but this was managed by having monthly town halls and interdepartmental meetings

      Smaller company was great, loved the teamwork

      Cons

      Bought out by another Software co. I left right before the acquisition. Almost no one is still there.
