Pros
Being in the creative field, I did not expect to end up in a real estate company. That being said, working for Climb ended up being the best fit for me compared to any other company I worked with in the past. They have great taste and high standards for design, which inspired me to push myself to create new and exciting ways to market this ever-growing company.
It is a small team so there is certainly room for you to shine—that is, if you deserve it. You are given a lot of responsibility so your errors can have big repercussions, and conversely, your contributions can make a lasting difference for the company.
I definitely have sharpened my design skills and learned management skills from working for Climb Real Estate so it was a great experience for me.
Cons
They only hire contractors so there are no employee benefits such as health insurance, tax withholding and paid time off. That being said, you have flexible hours and can work from home when necessary.
