      Pros

      - International team with high ambitions, good and smart people - Strong product and a lot of focus on developing it - Megatrends supporting the vision --> high growth potential in the future

      Cons

      - Striving to become a leader in the space means that people need to perform which at times creates painful situations - The whole company was reorganized during the last 2 years to better match the vision and the future focus of the business. Reorgs are never much fun, happy it's over.

      A decent place to start your career and gain basic experience of the industry. However unfortunately the management style tends toward micromanagement. Overall an okay first workplace for a while and it will for sure leave you with a clearer understanding of what kind of work culture you want in the future.
