Pros
The employees that work there tend to be really good people that try really hard at their jobs, and work hard at what they do. My happiest day was my last day working there.
Cons
Starts with upper management, especially the CEO. She is rude, a micro-manager, and a impossible woman to work for. She literally yells at employees, and can be heard throughout the office, even with her door closed. She has to be involved in every detail of every project that an employee is working on. She has a dog that constantly barks, and leaves messes by employees' desks and in the hall. Other upper management don't respond to emails, don't provide the information employees need to complete their jobs. The average employee works 9-10 hours a day straight without taking breaks or lunch. Many work from home and on the weekends. The company had a record year, and no bonuses were given as promised. Everyone is afraid of the CEO, as she has a short temper, and no one wants to be on her bad side. Toxic environment - employees were required to remove anything non work related from their desks - so no photos of family, no calendars, nothing is allowed.
