Pros

-Great benefits with a lot of great people to work with, however a lot of those benefits were taken away (yet they still promote them on their website and job listings).

Cons

-Indecisive upper management. As of late they loved to announce things then only to cancel or change them a couple months after. - ZERO job security. Apparently nobody there is safe. Dispute how well they'll tell you they're doing. They seemed to have run into some sort of money problem. Instead of being open to their employees about it, they decided to start cutting benefits, changing the new HQ location, and start laying off employees. After 15-20 people were laid this past month, they had the audacity to hold a meeting saying the people let go "didn't fit their values". I've talked to numerous employees who feel there job security is completely gone.

Thank you for voicing your view. I can identify where you're coming from and understand your point of view. However, performance isn't optional in a team of our size working with limited resources. We operate believing that: "Feedback on the run is better than none", and if you ignored early feedback it's hard for us to be of help. I'm happy to discuss with you how we can improve.

Pros

With AVs the mission is more important that ever before. Exciting traction with a lot of European automaekers.

Cons

We are significantly under-resourced to pursue the business we're going after.
