- Career growth - while the first few years were harder to be promoted, I was given opportunity after opportunity to develop myself through different projects, hiring volume and strategic roles. Also, work with global stakeholders. - All colleagues are respectful, friendly, and supportive. - New challenges and problems to solve, however, you need to enjoy doing it.
Cons
- Still a lot of development and growth needs to happen for a lot of things to gain the right structure, however, it is expected from a startup.
