During my time at CitrusAd, I've worked in multiple different roles and taken on multiple different responsibilities. With their people first mentality, you are always in good hands as it pertains to your role, and they reward high achievers through promotions and additional compensation.
Cons
You will likely need to be flexible in your day to day role. Things change at a rapid pace and if you are not comfortable with change and adapting. This is likely not the place for you.
