Pros
The only thing I enjoyed about working at Citi was getting paid - that part they are good at. Most of my colleagues were excellent folk too.
Cons
Non technical career bureaucrats that rode on the backs of excellent engineers to further their own agenda whilst falsely promoting a team environment. Little room for innovation and they hired more of the same types as those getting themselves somewhere. Heavy politics and low staff morale for those teams who suffered. I never saw so much ass kissing by adults in my 20 years in IT.
