Pros
I work with a small but growing group of talented engineers who enjoy their jobs, are effective, and are pleasant to be around. We receive regular feedback from clients and leadership that what we are doing is meaningful and impactful. I have creative liberties and am given challenging projects.
Cons
Strategy is changing, but it is a startup and this is to be expected. Leadership is very upfront about changes, and the reasoning behind them is solid.
