Decent pay and benefits, but leadership culture and management practices need modernization to truly support and retain strong talent.
Cons
Harmful management culture and clear signs of favoritism. Leadership (including HR) seems more focused on maintaining the status quo than attracting and retaining top talent. People who challenge broken processes or ask hard questions don’t appear to be welcomed.
