      Pros

      They gave me a lot of hours (pre-overtime regulations)

      Cons

      Lots of abuse of clients and of staff. Staff doesn't have the support or training to correctly do their jobs, and this led to a lot of problems. Some staff took advantage of the mis-management to abuse the clients. The management is disorganized and that trickles down.

      Very organized and professional with a wide range of workable hours and great clients.

      Cons

      High turnover rate especially during COVID, it was confusing for some of the clients.

      Pros

      Job is rewarding in many ways it has a lot of hours available. You are always needed, and there are options to be reassigned to different client's which allows for a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Job is hard and takes a caring person who is not squeamish. The pay is not great but when you are nice, you can get taken advantage of due to lack of employees and sometimes overwhelming amount of need of the clients.
