Pros
- growth opportunities from within - great / flexible hours (never unexpected or even requested / required over time) - Support systems - On job Learning / education - HIGHLY accommodating (family, personal, anything) - Great pay - You are always set up success, never failure - Second chances given out as long as you want to improve - remote work is great - flexible schedule (time zones) - available office always open - lunch commonly provided - the culture is fantastic and usually that means awful hours or pay but somehow... this is one place that doesnt make that sacrifice - leadership is amazing, thoughtful, and CONSTANTLY working to play to employee strengths and weaknesses Leaving Caxy was the hardest professional decision of my life, but I did so for a personal endeavor. Once that year long commitment had been satisfied, Caxy welcomed me back with open arms. We care about each other and that is something no other job I have had can offer. Especially not while at the same time being both a very successful, and constantly growing / expanding company!
Cons
it can be stressful and hard (usually only at first though), but if you work for it you will learn more at this job than you ever have with prior education, and before long it wont be stressful or hard at all.
