Pros

They prioritize everyone's well-being. They are very welcoming. Freebies. Vacations. Good people. They work hard, but they party harder.

Cons

The salary offer isn't as much as you may think, given that it's an agency, although you may negotiate for it. Sometimes, they tend to overlook the number of people working for them versus the number of clients they accept. Some teams badly need more manpower, while other teams have sufficient members.

Pros

Very nice teammates, made me feel valued despite being just an intern, I felt like I was really helping in the bigger scheme of things. Everyone was kind and friendly. I learned a lot about PR. Even the "bigger bosses" were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the industry.

Cons

Intern's allowance is low :( sometimes felt like I was doing full-time work for a fraction of a full-time employee's salary. But if you want to learn (and if you don't care too much about money yet( this is a very good opportunity!

They give you the full PR experience from seeding, events, and community management

Cons

There are overtime moments, but it's expected during busy seasons
