Pros
The team are beyond intelligent, and doing work that feels like it means something. An experience you are unlikely to get anywhere else. Annual corporate retreat. Very high standards of work and really great reputation. Family time was very important to them.
Cons
Very high expectations, which can be hugely stressful. If not meeting those expectations, you’ll know. Occasionally intimidating senior management. If you are thick skinned, driven, and a jack of all trades and master of most, you will thrive. Roles are marketed as huge opportunities and a way to step up in the world, which is likely very true for the analysts etc but doesn’t pay off in the same way for corporate services
