Should take closer look to the employees who have high responsibility ( controllers and BU directors), in developing countries( Mex), because they usually hide or deceived information to the upper management to be able to open opportunities for them to do side business or received inappropriate payments : corruption!
Cons
There are internal politics that are hard to get around, management structure and mobility across growing opportunities are based on brown nosing rather than achievements. Employee satisfaction polls are used to bull people down who reports or points out wrongdoing specially in LOB in Latin America
