Pros
It’s a beautiful location with so much potential. The environment is busy, fast paced, and fun. Thriving there means you have to think on your feet and work fast to solve problems on the spot.
Cons
I really fought to get myself promoted and it never happened. I was described as a “lead cook” without the promotion, pay, or training I desired. In my 3.5 years working there I saw about ten chefs of various positions come and go.
