I enjoy working for the Campbell family. I have worked at this store for nearly 6 years. They are a true family dealership(3rd generation)that cares about their employees and the community they serve. We are located in Edmonds on Highway 99 just North of Seattle in a major market. We are a Nissan and Volkswagen dealer that offers a great selection of new and used cars. We are one of the largest dealers in the country for certified preowned Nissans and Volkswagens. The most difficult challenge we face is the limited space we have for parking cars and employee parking. Another area we need to improve is our social media presence.

Decent pay, decent work environment, and good, thorough training from corporate. Allstate was located within the car dealership, so a very unique setting.

TERRIBLE communication between dealership employees and Allstate employees. I never felt like we were "included", more like the agency was an accessory and a vessel to make the dealership more money.
