Cons
There are a lots of cons. 1) No any systematic process. You will be forced every day to work over the night. 2) No one cares about the logic and basic fundamentals. 3) management only wants their profit at any cost. 4) work life balance zero. 5) They deduct TDS more than the calculations. But you will not able to find that tax in your IT account. 5) First they treat you like a child and after few days you will see their real faces. 6) from May 2021 to Jun 2021, 20 Employees leave this company. And not a single person retained. 7) They think money can buy anything. 8) No appraisals. 9) There is 2 years bonds for fresher but if ask to not sign the documents they will tell you that it’s not for you. And after they denied and torcher you. 10) Now not a single employee wanna work for them you can ask anyone on Linkdin they will tell the same thing. 11) they will not give you any leave or work from home even in emergency case. 12) No agile. 13) No any documentation 14) MD will tell you to do that change. Without any documents without any logic without any discussion you will have to do it… Its feel like you are working on a shop not in a n IT organisation And there are a lot more cons.
