Pros

They are a small up and coming company that is trying to get bigger. They are very active and aggressive in trying to line up new clients.

Cons

The CEO micro-manages every aspect of the company. People are not left to do their jobs. Managers preach one thing and make promises to employees only to have the CEO come along behind them and not back them up. Bonus opportunities are promised and then taken away. They pose as a not-for-profit company (a CUSO) but that is not the case at all. The CEO preaches about how profitable his company his but does not pass it along to his employees.

Pros

I co-founded this credit union service organization to grow credit unions in their mission to make a difference in the lives of their members and in the communities they serve. Every day, I get to work side-by-side with a great team of talented people who share our passion for improving lives through increasing financial access and opportunity.

Cons

None that our team can’t solve.

Pros

The sky is the limit. If you can sell your idea, and it aligns with the CEO's vision du jour, he will back it. Beware that his vision changes with the wind and you must work to keep him on board with the betterment of the company and not the newest shiny idea.

Cons

There is no logic or consistency. The big picture and company growth take the back burner to whatever the CEO's idea of the day is. No one stands in his way of self-destruction. Should your department run smoothly and make progress, he will find a way to form a team to disassemble your work to make it fail. It's a frustrating place to work.
