The job sounded too good to be true, and it really is!
Cons
- All salesperson who work for this company are expected to work 7 days a week, due to prospecting, client visits, and sales preparation. - Phone day is atrocious! - Still use 'old school' sales techniques of using index cards, cold calling, scripted sales presentation. - No integrated CRM system in place even if the product is an 'on-line debt recovery service. Do not give customer service, and do not care about their customers. Essentially, they want customers who have overdue accounts, debts sign there and then. - No real work-life balance.
