Compensation is on the lower end, and while overtime is discussed during onboarding, it’s not something you’re able to log or be paid for—even when you do work extra hours, which felt misleading. A similar issue applies to annual bonuses: despite strong performance, working overtime, payouts are often reduced to a fraction of what’s initially communicated.
